Mr. Saiful Islam, a highly experienced legal professional, was admitted to the bar as an Advocate in 1983 and became a member of the Dhaka Bar Association. In 1990, he earned the privilege to practice in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

He began his legal journey with the esteemed civil law firm led by Mr. Fazlul Karim and has been actively practicing ever since. Over the years, Mr. Islam has gained extensive expertise in both civil and criminal litigation, representing clients in various courts across Bangladesh.

Beyond his legal practice, he has held key managerial roles in several prominent companies, including Afil Jute Mills, Kustia Textile Mills Ltd., and Qualicat Industrial Ltd., where he served as Manager, Commercial & Legal. Additionally, he worked as Manager, Legal & Admin, before joining AinPal, further enriching his professional portfolio with a blend of legal and administrative expertise.
