We understand that needs of legal services varies from client to client. We have therefore coined several fee structures to choose from. While we offer prepaid legal services for individual and small to medium size business who requires frequent legal services at affordable cost, we also offer services at flat fees for the clients who needs occasional legal services.
We offer services as retainer to big medium size to big businesses who usually have large volume of works. Though quite uncommon in this country, some of our lawyers provide services on hourly basis.
Our fee structures can be summarized as follows:
Appropriate for bigger Companies and Banks who are willing to spend on case to case basis. This plan is based on mutual commitment between our Clients and us that we will act as our Client’s law firm and will provide services whenever required.
The price are agreed prior to enlistment.

Our Membership plans are for individual and small to medium size businesses. The Current available Membership plans are as follows:

Suitable for Clients who need occasional legal advices, opinions or services such as conducting suits/cases, drafting agreements/contracts, documents, letters, Legal notice, conducting cases etc. Clients only pays if we are engaged for a particular work.

This fee structure is good for Clients requiring frequent legal services such as legal consultancy, advice, drafting agreements, reviewing agreements, drafting letters, sending legal notices etc. Once we are engaged we take care of all legal issues of our Client. We grant 24/7 access to our Client for any consultancy. Fee is determined based on the volume and type of services required by the Client.

Charging hourly basis is not common in our jurisdiction. However, for our clients seeking legal services on hourly basis we also offer services on hourly basis.
Such rate varies from lawyers to lawyers. Hourly rate also depends on the nature and complexity of the work assigned. Minimum hourly rate for any lawyers of Ainpal starts at BDT.5,000.00.
We also offer fixed price packages on some common legal issues. Our current fixed price packages are available only for (i) Apartment Purchase Service, (ii) Tax Filing, (iii) Small Company Incorporation.
