Requirements

  • LL.B (Hon’s) or LL.M.
  • Excellent command of English and Bangla.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in corporate law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal research.
  • Drafting and reviewing agreements and corporate documents.
  • Assisting in preparing legal opinions.
  • Client communication and matter management.
  • Developing and maintaining the firm’s legal knowledge database.
  • Supporting lawyers on corporate, commercial, civil, constitutional and real estate matters.

Requirements

  • Enrolled as an Advocate with the Bangladesh Bar Council.
  • Strong command of English and Bangla.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (particularly Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Responsible, punctual, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appear before the Labour Court, Dhaka Judge Court, and other subordinate courts, as assigned.
  • Handle and supervise litigation matters before subordinate courts across Bangladesh.
  • Draft pleadings, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in legal research, legal opinions, and client matters.
  • Handle Clients.
