Employee Misconduct in Bangladesh

(e) Habitual late attendance.

(f) Habitual breach of any law, rule, or regulation applicable to the establishment.

(g) Disorderliness, riot, arson, or breakage in the establishment.

(h) Habitual negligence in work.

(i) Habitual breach of any employment rule related to discipline or conduct approved by the Chief Inspector.

(j) Altering, forging, changing, damaging, or causing the loss of the employer’s official records.

It is important for employers to understand what constitutes misconduct in order to effectively manage workplace conduct and maintain a positive work environment.
