Mr. Md. Shamsul Alam is an Advocate on Record.   His career started with "Dr. M. Zahir and Associates, headed by one of the legendary lawyers in Bangladesh late Dr. M. Zahir, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh.

He was enrolled to practice before the High Court Division on 18.06.2000 .  He acted as Assistant Attorney General for Bangladesh from 17.07.2005 to 20.06.2007. 

He was appointed as Advocate on Record in the Appellate Division on 15.01.2009.  He is also a member of Dhaka Taxes Bar Association, Dhaka Bar Association and International Bar Association, U.K, Supreme Court Bar Association. He is  experienced in conducting cases before the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.  

Mr. Alam conducts both Civil and Criminal Cases before the Appellate Division, Chamber Judge and High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is also an expert on Alternative Dispute Resolutions. He received training locally and from abroad on alternative dispute resolution.
