Under this arrangement we provide wide area of services including, but not limited to, providing Legal Advice, Legal Opinion, consultancy on any legal matters faced by the Company, drafting and reviewing contracts, drafting and issuing legal notices, secretarial services with various government authority etc.

Fee-

No monthly or yearly payment involved.  Payment is made only for the services provided by us. Except in case of litigation and works involving cost, payments are made following completion of a task.
